Q: For Niagara Falls Tour, do we need a Canadian Visa?

A: No. As Niagara Falls is located from US side, no Canadian Visa is required.

Q: I don’t have Credit Card. Is there an option to pay through Debit Card or Cash? Any other alternative payment available?

Q: Do you accept cash during the boarding of the tour?

Q: Do you have optional tours and how is the fee?

A: Our tour price does not include optional tour. You may require to pay admission fees, meals and tips to our guide upon arrival by cash. (Suggest $6 tips per pax/per day)

Q: What is “Buy 2 Get 2 Free” promotion and is it 50% discount for minimum 2 pax?

A: Yes. We offered Buy 2 Free 2 promotion because of Quad Occupancy rate is same with Double Occupancy rate which has adjusted recently.

Q: What is the accommodation (hotel) for this tour?

A: Hotel information is included in the itinerary/details page. Local tours are normally on 2-stars hotels while 3-4 stars are usually for 5 days vacation packages or more. Don’t worry. Exact hotel details will be included on the tour itinerary that you booked with us.

Q: Do you provide us any meal during the tour?

A: Meals is NOT included in this tour. However, we will arrange with tour guide to stop at eatery place. It’s as per customer request for food choices (eg. Fast foods, restaurants or take away order)

Q: Do you have pick-up locations for tours?

A: Yes. Departure location and time is included in “Departure & Return Details” of the itinerary. Map of the location is included as well. Each of the e-ticket contains complete information required for pick-up and drop location. Therefore, please print out e-ticket and bring it to board our tour.

Q: What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

A: To select how many people in your room, choose Double Occupancy for hotel room is guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and normally price is higher. Triple & Quad Occupancy (family group) can be purchased with 3 or 4 tickets.

Q: Do I need to pick up physical ticket upon purchase from

A: No. The ticket purchased will be automatically emailed to you after booking online completed. This e-ticket need to bring along with valid picture ID when you board our scheduled bus.

Q: There is no date available from my choice. Why?

A: Dates posted in website is based on availability. If the date is available, it will appear along the tour, else it’s not available. Our booking date currently is around 60-90 days before the tour day. For date outside the range, please bookmark it and our date shall updates daily.

Q: Can I change my seat in the bus?

A: Seats are allotted on first-book-first-serve basis. We try to accommodate your request if you’ve a medical reason for doing so.

Q: Can I get the brochure for the tour?

A: You can get the e-brochure through our website directly and printed out at your printer. Our e-brochure is contains all activities and itineraries of the tour. Hardcopy of our brochure is not available at our centre. For inquiries of this tour, please contact customer care online.

Q: How can I cancel this tour?

Q: Can I pay deposit or partial payment for reservation?

Q: How long can we book in advanced and do we need to fully pay for booking confirmation?
